Include loving our neighbor
Taking care of the planet
And making something of our lives.
We are not obligated
To the anger our racial group or gender carries
To the assumptions of scarcity of people
Who went before us
And definitely not to the nagging voice in your head
Keeping score of all the injustices (real or perceived)
That have been done to you.
We have no duty to defend our ego
At all costs-
It rarely pays off anyways.
