Prioritising efficiency;
Not near-religious adherence to rules and procedures.
The problem is not so much a large number of people competing for limited resources
As much as it is a lack of anticipation of actual human behaviour and
How to create adequate avenues of service.
Sure, there may be over-population in many areas
But its not like we didn’t see that coming
We just didn’t act in time.
Inefficiency is a choice.
Stop blaming the people.
